As IT becomes more complex, businesses and organizations are demanding more from the IT solution and service providers they work with.

Basic system implementation and break-fix capabilities aren't enough anymore. Customers are looking to their strategic service providers for increasingly higher levels of expertise in IT system design and operation, DevOps, cloud migration, business process re-engineering and digital transformation.
