How have you maintained a healthy culture over the past two years? WWT continues to improve our Wellness Program, by providing monthly awareness topics upon which employees can focus. Topics in 2021 included Stress, Nutrition, Mental Health, Men's Health, and Skin Protection. These monthly topics involved presentations delivered by the company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider and served as a reminder to employees of the benefits offered by WWT to improve their quality of life. The RxWell mental health mobile application is provided at no cost to all WWT employees and those in their households. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness constructs, the app can be accessed anytime via smartphone or tablet. Interactive exercises and in-the-moment relief techniques are designed for people at different stages in their emotional and physical wellness journeys.
