Forbes' America's Best Employers for Company Culture 2026

Once considered a "nice-to-have" attribute of a workplace, a positive company culture is now imperative to an organization's success. According to recent research, companies that create an environment where employees are recognized for their efforts and successes, where colleagues feel connected to each other and the company mission, and where staffers report having their manager's support, workers are more engaged, more productive and more likely to stay. So, to assess this increasingly important aspect of an organization, Forbes has ranked America's Best Employers For Company Culture 2026.

For this second edition of the list, Forbes partnered once again with market research firm Statista to survey more than 217,000 employees in the United States who work for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the country. Survey participants were asked to evaluate their company's culture and to respond to a variety of questions, including whether employees were treated with fairness and respect, if they were passionate about the company's services or products, and whether they felt empowered to take initiative and develop new ideas.

All told, the 600 companies with the highest scores made our list of America's Best Employers For Company Culture 2026, which is presented below.

Respondents were also asked whether they'd recommend employers they had worked for within the last two years, those they knew through friends or family, and those they knew from industry experience. Three years' worth of survey responses were collected and incorporated into a scoring system, with the most recent data weighted the heaviest. Additionally, Statista analysts conducted extensive research on each organization to evaluate company culture–related best practices, such as the composition of its leadership team. And that research was then integrated into each organization's final score.
