Fortune, in collaboration with Great Place To Work®, produces the Best Workplaces for Women list using employee feedback. Great Place To Work surveys employees worldwide to measure workplace experiences, focusing on trust, colleague relationships, and company loyalty through its Trust Index™ survey. Employees rate 60 statements and answer two open-ended questions about leadership accessibility, communication, respect, training, benefits, fairness, pride and work meaningfulness.
