World Wide Technology (WWT) has been recognized by Great Place To Work® as one of the Best Workplaces® in Information Technology and Telecommunications 2026 in the Caribbean and Central America, ranking No. 4 on this year's list. The recognition celebrates organizations across the region that are building high-trust cultures and positive experiences for their employees.
The honor reflects the strong workplace culture WWT continues to foster in Costa Rica. According to Great Place To Work®, 95% of WWT employees surveyed said the company is a great place to work, compared with 63 percent at a typical organization. Earlier this year, WWT's Costa Rica office was also ranked No. 2 on the 2026 Best Workplaces™ in Costa Rica list, marking its second consecutive year on that list.
