Amie Smith, director of US benefits for World Wide Technology, brings compassion and empowerment to mental health challenges in the workplace, addressing the human and productivity costs they bring.
The company's two onsite health centers are staffed with a licensed psychiatrist who consults with behavioral health counselors and physicians. At any time of day or night, employees can access a Mental Health Condition Care Guide online, which provides guidance and navigation toward mental health resources, both inside the company and beyond.
