Great Place To Work® invites applications from organizations across industries and sectors to be assessed and evaluated for being considered among 'India's Best Workplaces™ for Millennials.'
In the third edition of the recognition, Great Place To Work studied 1,378 organizations that undertook the assessment. To be considered for the list, organizations had to meet the eligibility criteria of having Great Place To Work Certification™ and employing at least 50 millennials.
The eligible organizations then underwent a rigorous assessment that measured the workplace experience of their millennial population as studied and captured through two lenses.
In addition to being Great Place To Work Certified in 2025, WWT India has also been was named a Great Mid-Size Workplace and Best Workplaces Building a culture of Innovation by All.
The first lens carries 75 per cent weightage and analyses confidential survey feedback that reflects the millennial population's experience at the workplace. This is collected through our globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index™. The second lens, called Culture Audit™, is a proprietary tool of Great Place To Work that evaluates the robustness and quality and programmes that shape and impact the employee experience.
Great Place To Work India undertakes a robust validation process on the data gathered through the assessment process. The cumulative score of Trust Index and Culture Audit determines an organization's position in the ranking scoreboard and helps in identifying 'India's Best Workplaces for Millennials'. No individual or jury has a say in who makes it to the list—only employee feedback and quality of Culture Audit determine if an organization is a great workplace.
This year, GPTW is recognizing the Top 50 organizations, split by categories: Large (Top 50) and Mid-size (Top 50).
