IR: How has World Wide Technology (WWT) evolved to play a pivotal role in the AI-driven transformation of industries?

JK: Initially, WWT started as a value-added reseller, providing technology solutions from major OEMs like Cisco, Microsoft, and Dell. Over time, we've evolved into a systems integrator offering more than just products. Our solutions now include software development, engineering, and global network architecture. We help organizations build AI infrastructure, implement AI solutions, and transform their digital strategies. Our team of engineers, data scientists, and software developers work together to integrate infrastructure and outcomes that drive global digital transformation. With a decade of experience in data science, we've positioned ourselves ahead of the curve in AI, especially with generative AI, which is transforming the technology landscape.

Could you elaborate on your Advanced Technology Center (ATC) and how it aids clients in adopting disruptive technologies, especially AI?

It's an innovation ecosystem that allows engineers, clients, and partners to tap into cutting-edge technology at any time and from anywhere globally. The ATC integrates hardware and software from multiple OEMs, enabling us to offer solutions that help clients evaluate and test new technologies before deploying them at scale through WWT's global integration and supply chain capabilities. With companies like NVIDIA integrated into our platform, we help clients, including hyperscalers, financial institutions, and healthcare providers, build next-generation AI platforms. The ATC has evolved into an AI-enabled platform, allowing clients to experiment, collaborate, and challenge their ideas in real-time, paving the way for innovative AI solutions.

How does your ATC help mitigate risks for clients adopting AI and other disruptive technologies?

The ATC offers a "sandbox" environment where clients can explore AI, data solutions, and other transformative technologies before full-scale implementation. This enables them to test ideas, evaluate performance, and determine feasibility without the financial and operational risks of immediate deployment. By offering a collaborative environment, we enable our clients to experiment with AI systems, whether for cloud or hybrid structures. The platform not only helps clients evaluate their strategies but also enhances our ability to innovate and develop AI solutions that are tailored to specific business needs.
