The annual ranking recognizes 650 U.S. companies based on more than 25 sustainability measures across greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste generation, and sustainability commitments and disclosure. The evaluation was conducted by Plant-A Insights Group in partnership with GIST Impact and Newsweek.
The recognition reflects WWT's continued focus on reducing the environmental impact of its operations. WWT's sustainability efforts span climate and energy, waste reduction, water conservation and responsible end-of-life product management, including commitments to science-based emissions reductions, greater energy efficiency and renewable energy, a 75% waste-diversion target by 2030, and water neutrality by 2040.
