Pure Storage, the storage and data management company, announced it is changing its name to Everpure as it expands its focus from all-flash storage to broader data management for the AI era. The company also entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 1touch, a data intelligence and orchestration innovator that delivers a unified view of enterprise information across environments.

The rebrand reflects the company's evolution from reshaping storage to defining the future of data management. Everpure said its new identity aligns with its Enterprise Data Cloud architecture and the adaptability of its Evergreen model, positioning the company to help enterprises unlock the full value of their data.
