For this year's program, we are again honoring 25 women making a difference in the St. Louis region. Keep reading to learn more about these women's accomplishments and what continues to inspire them today.
Juanita Logan, World Wide Technology
Juanita Logan, vice president at World Wide Technology, has shaped company growth, talent development and community impact throughout her 28-year career. Logan helped reimagine the company's pipeline based on the belief that great organizations are built by great people. She led two programs aimed at accelerating employee ramp-up time and empowering next-generation leaders, serving hundreds of employees along the way. Logan played an instrumental role in establishing WWT's first global entity, an office in Brazil. WWT now spans nearly 200 countries and six continents.
Logan also invests in pathways for young people to enter STEM fields as leader of a WWT team that convenes 200 students annually for hands-on mentorship from WWT professionals via the STEM Student Forum. Students present solutions to real-world problems and winning schools earn up to $10,000 in grants. Logan demonstrates a commitment to the community by serving on the Urban League of St. Louis board and the Harris-Stowe STEM Building Committee.
