St. Louis University will add a patch from World Wide Technology on their uniforms this season as the university enters into a strategic partnership with the St. Louis-based technology company, the school and company announced Wednesday.
That World Wide Technology would put its name on SLU uniforms is no surprise. The company's co-founder and CEO, Jim Kavanaugh, is a SLU alumnus and former soccer player, as is company president Joe Koenig. Other SLU alumni work at WWT, while leaders at WWT have been trustees at the school.
