Continued growth of AI and GPU as a service offerings.
What is the single biggest/most significant change your company has made in the past year to drive success?
WWT has invested heavily in our AI journey over the last 15 years. We are seeing those investments pay off now with our ability to deploy, secure, customer-specific LLMs that pull data from our RMM and ITSM tooling to assist in the daily operations. We are leveraging our investments made during the acquisition of Softchoice.
What emerging technology areas do you see being the biggest opportunity for your business going into 2026?
WWT sees two major trends: network modernization and management. AI investments are driving upgrades in infrastructure, security, and operations. Our NVIDIA partnership and AI leadership position WWT as a trusted AI MSP. Post-COVID, clients face rapid IT changes and rely on WWT for end-to-end support - design, procurement, staging, deployment, and management - to modernize and navigate today's evolving landscape.
What do you expect to be the biggest challenge to your managed services business for 2026?
Scaling AI outcomes responsibly - balancing rapid GenAI demand with governance, security and data quality; securing enough accelerated compute at the right cost; and converting multi-cloud complexity into predictable, observed Day-2 operations - while maintaining talent depth and margins in a consolidating market.
