On Dec. 7, 2016, Glassdoor announced their 2017 Best Places to Work and World Wide Technology was near the top ranking No.5 amongst some industry titans like Google and Facebook.

Unlike any other workplace award, this list is comprised of anonymous feedback provided by employees who work at the companies that made the list. These employees grade their company on metrics like benefits, culture and values, and work-life balance. For a company to be eligible, they needed to receive at least 75 employee reviews over the past year.

This year's best place to work rated at 4.6, with Bain & Company taking No.1. Facebook was ranked 2nd, with a 4.5, and Boston Consulting Group follows shortly behind at a 4.4 rating. Google was ranked No. 4 with a 4.4 rating as well as WWT in the No. 5 spot.
