The U.S. Army has awarded WWT a $7.9 million contract to replace storage hardware and software and provide maintenance and professional implementation services for all affected Army Corps of Engineers locations. This project is slated to be completed in March 2017.

The U.S. Army has awarded World Wide Technology a $7.9 million contract to deliver data storage hardware and software and provide maintenance and professional implementation services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

World Wide Technology will work to replace the obsolete data storage items at all relevant USACE sites, the Defense Department said Friday.

DoD added that the company will conduct services in Maryland and is expected to complete the project by March 31, 2017.
