WWT continues to go above and beyond to recognize employees' health and wellness as a top priority.

As part of CEO Jim Kavanaugh's and Chairman Dave Steward's continued effort to make WWT a great place to work, the company opened two on-site Family Health Centers to support employees and their families. The Family Health Centers managed by WeCare TLC, a medical management firm that operates on-site and near-site primary care clinics for employers, offers a variety of services that range from annual flu vaccinations to prescription drug dispensary.

The two Family Health Centers, one located in St. Louis and the other in Edwardsville, IL, are open Monday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, Dr. Laurence E. Yung, the leading doctor at WWT's Family Health Centers, says, "these hours may fluctuate based on utilization."

Employees are already taking advantage of the on-site facilities, some even stopping by during their lunch hours for a quick check-up. "I love not having to leave the office to visit the doctor. It's a huge time-saver," said a WWT employee and patient of the new Family Health Center in St. Louis.

While the health centers' variety of services and convenient locations are both immense perks, perhaps the biggest benefit is that the facilities' services are completely free. Employees and covered dependents can utilize services in the Family Health Centers without copays, deductibles, or premiums. The WWT Family Health Centers give employees a worry-free visit with no paperwork or need for referrals. "When patients come in, they walk in, walk out, and they're done. If employees can't go home or their doctor's office is closed, they no longer need to worry because we're on site," said Dr. Yung.
