Having spent more than 15 years in the telecommunications industry working with large enterprises, federal agencies and global customers, David has an extensive collaboration, networking, IP telephony and compute background. David has integrated on-prem and SaaS collaboration tools, call control, IM and presence, audio and web conferencing and video services.
He has a long history of troubleshooting issues with collaboration and voice workloads down to the protocol level. This includes the physical and IP transport layers (routing and switching), quality of service (QoS), call admission control (CAC) and protocols (SIP, XMPP, MGCP, SCCP, H323 and more). In his current role, David is focused on the end user and client experience across collaboration modalities and conferencing solutions.
