St. Louis, MO (April 11, 2022) — Great Place to Work® and Fortune have honored World Wide Technology (WWT) as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For® in 2022. This is WWT's 11th year in a row being named to this prestigious list, this year ranking 71.

Earning a spot on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list means WWT is one of the best companies to work for in the country, based on analysis of survey responses from more than 4.5 million current employees across the U.S. In that survey, 89% of WWT's employees said the organization was a great place to work— 32% higher than the average U.S. company.

"WWT is honored to be on the Best Companies to Work For list for the 11th consecutive year," said Jim Kavanaugh, co-founder and CEO of WWT. "Our talented employees are the reason for our strong, innovative company culture. We thank them for all they do to make WWT a great place to work for everyone, every day."

WWT continues to be dedicated to its status as a Great Place to Work in the U.S. and on an international level. In 2021, Great Place to Work® certified WWT UK as a Great Place to Work based on overwhelming positive employee feedback. In addition, WWT was named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for medium-sized enterprises and ranked fifth in Singapore's Best Workplaces list. The company has also been named to the Best Places to Work in Technology lists in the U.S., UK and Singapore. In previous years, WWT has been named to additional lists including Best Workplace for Women™, Best Workplaces for Diversity™, Best Workplaces for Millennials™, Best Workplaces for Parents™ and more.

Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they had been a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.

"Best Companies' leadership has never been more necessary," says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work®. "As workers struggle with the Great Resignation, burnout and covid disruptions, these exceptional companies offer workplace experiences as strong as prior to the pandemic. These companies get that 'place' is wherever their employees are sitting or standing, and they are committed to make that place equitable, safe and productive. Their commitment to genuinely care for their people through trust, inclusion, purpose and meaningful flexibility for life circumstances goes beyond surface-level perks and is a model for the market to follow."
