ST. LOUIS, MO. (April 3, 2024) – World Wide Technology (WWT) announced today that it was part of the Palantir-led team awarded a two-year, $178.4M contract from the Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) to build the Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Nodes (TITAN) ground station system, designed to help the Army connect data-gathering sensors from across multiple domains to soldiers in the field to support advanced beyond-line-of-sight targeting.

Under the TITAN contract, WWT will work with Palantir to develop and deliver 10 TITAN prototypes, including five advanced and five basic variants. Team Palantir will also support the integration of critical new technologies and the transition to fielding.

TITAN is a ground station that has access to space, high altitude, aerial and terrestrial sensors to provide actionable targeting information for enhanced mission command and long-rangeprecision fires. Warfighter usability is core to Palantir's TITAN solution, which incorporates tangible feedback and insights from soldier touchpoints at every step of the development and configuration process.

"We're excited to help empower the modern warfighter with innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions," said Ryan McCauley, Area Vice President, Army, WWT."These emerging technologies are vital to advancing mission-critical ground operations. WWT is proud to support the Army as it continues its digital modernization journey."

As a leader in driving AI/ML capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD), WWT will leverage its expertise to provide a solution that enables AI/ML at the tactical edge while keeping a security-focused architecture. TITAN will be a key enabler of Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and will be the first intelligence ground station to use AI/ML technologies.

"This award demonstrates the Army's leadership in acquiring and fielding the emerging technologies needed to bolster U.S. defense in this era of software-defined warfare. Building on Palantir's years of experience bringing AI-enabled capabilities to warfighters, Palantir is now proud to deliver the Army's first AI-defined vehicle," said Akash Jain, President, Palantir USG. "Soldiers deserve best-in-class technology that gives them the tactical advantage on the battlefield, allowing for real-time decisions at critical speeds. Palantir is honored to support this program, to continue its partnership with the Army, and to lead a team of innovative partners to build the next generation of capabilities."

Other companies on the contract include Anduril Industries, L3Harris Technologies, Northrop Grumman, Sierra Nevada Corp., Pacific Defense and Strategic Technology Consulting.
