New Contract Extends WWT's Proven IT Service Excellence to U.S. Army

ST. LOUIS – March 22, 2016 – World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT), a market-leading technology integrator that provides innovative technology and supply chain solutions announced today that it was named as a prime contractor for the ITES-3H contract by the U.S. Army Contracting Command. ITES-3H replaces the federal IT contract ITES-2H, for which WWT was an incumbent long-term contract holder.

ITES-3H is a five-year, $5B Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, designed as the primary source for commercial servers, workstations, laptops, networking equipment and other IT products to the U.S. Army and other federal agencies.

Under the contract (#W52P1J-16-D-0016), WWT will offer Army agencies an array of IT solutions and services designed to help the Army achieve its enterprise infrastructure mission, including, UNIX-based Servers, Non-UNIX-based servers, desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin clients, storage systems, networking equipment, network printers, video teleconferencing (VTC) products, Everything over Internet Protocol (EoIP) products, power devices and related software. In addition to products, WWT will also provide services related to the purchase of equipment, such as site surveys, system configuration and integration solutions, system migrations, image loading, data migration, extended equipment warranty and installation.
