Fortune and Great Place to Work recognize companies that they determine are serious about creating a great workplace and are comfortable with transparency. Ranking 7thof the top 30 large companies on the 2017 list, WWT's standing on the list is based on the results of 1,211 anonymous employee surveys conducted by Great Place to Work. Over 95 percent of WWT employees gave high ratings to the company for rewards, atmosphere, communications, bosses and challenges.
