St. LOUIS, MO — June 25, 2018 —  World Wide Technology (WWT), a leading integrator that provides innovative technology and supply chain solutions to large public and private organizations, was named one of the country's Best Workplaces for Millennials by research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and FORTUNE. This is the fifth consecutive year WWT has earned a spot on the Millennials list.

The ranking considered input from more than 434,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members' experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization's community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees' experiences, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization. WWT took the No. 32 spot on the list.

"Millennials represent some of the best and brightest minds in the tech industry, so it is a privilege to have them call WWT their home," said Ann Marr, Vice President of Global Human Resources at WWT. "We have created a work environment where they can grow and prosper through leadership programs, team collaboration, executive mentorships, volunteerism, a flexible work environment, tuition reimbursement programs and a comprehensive benefits program. At WWT, millennials have an opportunity to express an equal voice in the success of the company."

"Great Place to Work is proud of these Best Workplaces that give their Millennial employees the tools they need to succeed," said Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. "Organizations like WWT set the bar for other workplaces seeking to retain and develop the next generation of leaders, and prove that giving Millennials jobs with purpose and meaning drives them to give their best at work, benefitting the company as a whole."

This recognition is the latest in a series of national acknowledgements of WWT as a premier place to work. WWT is ranked 4th among large companies in the 2018 Best Workplace in Technology list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, and it placed 8th on Glassdoor's 2018 Best Places to Work. In past years WWT has secured top positions in Great Places to Work's rankings not only for Millennials but also in the categories of Diversity, Women, Recent College Graduates, Gen X and Camaraderie.
