Previously, Daniel has led delivery of 25 predictive models + 3,000 traveler variables to improve customer retention, cross-selling of services, B2B-products targeting, personalized marketing, customer service, award mile usage, etc. His is passionate about machine learning, data storytelling, and developing people.
