Amanda joined World Wide Technology in 2016 and has been a member of the Adoption Services Team providing tailored training solutions to customers acquiring new technology. Amanda is a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor (CCSI) specializing in Cisco Collaboration. Amanda also holds Brocade and Microsoft certifications. As a member of the Adoption Services Team, Amanda can provide training customized end user and technical training around: - Cisco UC Applications (CUCM, CUC, IM&P) - Cisco Finesse and CUIC - Webex Contact Center Prior to joining WWT, Amanda spent 8 years in learning and delivery as an IT trainer for learning providers, such as Global Knowledge and New Horizons. She also worked as a consulting engineer providing Cisco UC design and implementation services.
