Andrew Caprara is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Softchoice. Softchoice, a WWT company, is a software and cloud-focused IT solutions provider. 

Andrew is responsible for implementing Softchoice's strategic plan that supports the growth and success of its customers, people and organization. 

Andrew joined Softchoice in 2014, leading sales and business development operations. Andrew has held increasingly senior executive roles focused on supporting the company's industry leadership position, and nearly doubling Softchoice's headcount. He most recently served as President & Chief Operating Officer, leading our Go-To-Market, Sales, and Services functions, where he developed and executed the corporate strategy, fostering deep alliances with its technology partners and creating Softchoice's insight-driven go-to-market approach. 

Through his experience, which combines a background in sales with experience in business transformation consulting, Andrew has a proven skillset for planning and executing strategic sales and operational initiatives alongside a track record for building high-performing cultures.  

Before joining Softchoice, he served in senior roles at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an undergraduate degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.
