Andrew Caprara is President and CEO of Softchoice, a WWT company and software- and cloud-focused IT solutions provider. He joined Softchoice in 2014, leading sales and business development, later serving as President & COO overseeing go-to-market, sales and services while nearly doubling the company's headcount. Andrew leads execution of Softchoice's strategic plan to drive growth for customers, people and the organization. Previously, he held senior roles at McKinsey & Company. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree from McMaster University. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.
