As a Customer Experience Team Lead, I directly support the Army through the GEMSS 2.1 program. GEMSS is a program support vehicle designed to assist the Army in transitioning to a more modernized, Zero-Trust architecture built on software-defined networks enabling advanced security, integrated digital voice & video collaboration, secure remote access, and modern mobile security. Serving as a primary POC on Army GEMSS, the key areas of focus are on driving utilization/adoption, reporting data/analytics, trainings, and providing holistic program support.
