About Chris
Chris is a seasoned Principal Consultant specializing in Enterprise Service Management at World Wide Technology. With over 30 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Chris has established herself as a leader in implementing ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices. She holds ITIL v4 certifications at the Managing Professional and Digital Strategic Leader levels, as well as an ITIL Expert certification in v3. Since 2012, Chris has been certified with PeopleCert/Axelos to teach ITIL certification courses, demonstrating her commitment to advancing industry standards and education.
Throughout her career, Chris has been instrumental in designing and executing service management programs, implementing ITSM process flows, governance models, and driving continual improvement initiatives. Although her expertise and experience extends to all Industry areas, she had practitioner level experience in the healthcare sector, where she has successfully applied her skills to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Chris’s involvement in the HDI HealthCare Providers forum has allowed her to contribute to industry-specific benchmarking and ideation, further solidifying her reputation as a thought leader in ITSM.
Chris is actively engaged in the ITSM community, having served as a local chapter president for both HDI and itSMF in the St. Louis region.
