He is known for his ability to translate complexity into clarity, building pragmatic approaches to drive growth and digital innovation. Prior to joining WWT, Emir built a diverse career spanning high-growth tech, consulting and global financial institutions. He was a Customer Success Leader at a leading SaaS company that was later acquired by IBM for $4B+. At EY, he served as a Lead Consultant for organizational transformation, portfolio strategy and process improvement, assisting Fortune 100 clients on their most pressing business and technology challenges. Prior to that, Emir was the IT Portfolio and Business Management Lead (COO) at global banks, where he led a multi-year optimization program that delivered over 30% of cost reduction through technology modernization, apps rationalization, workforce relocation and outsourcing. Beyond his work responsibilities, Emir is deeply committed to advancing equity and the next generation of talent. He serves on the Advisory Board of NPower, a nonprofit focused on creating pathways to technology careers for military veterans and young adults from low-income communities. He also leads WWT’s ANHPI employee resource group, driving cultural awareness and community outreach.
