Erica joined WWT in 2017 and leads a high-performing marketing team responsible for driving messaging strategy, storytelling, and campaign execution across WWT’s core technology pillars—AI, Automation, Cloud, Digital, Infrastructure, and Security—as well as key global industries, including Financial Services, Global Service Provider, Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Life Sciences, and Retail.
Her team shapes full-funnel marketing strategies that connect WWT’s expertise to evolving market needs, overseeing content creation, messaging frameworks, persona development, research and insights, video strategy, and digital campaigns. She works closely with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and creative partners to ensure alignment, impact, and differentiation throughout the buyer journey.
Erica is passionate about building a marketing function that keeps pace with the fast-changing world of enterprise technology while delivering digital experiences that are thoughtful, human-centered, and fun.
Prior to WWT, she spent more than two decades in sales and marketing roles, bringing a foundation of strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence to her work.
