About Erica
Erica joined World Wide Technology in 2017 and leads an integrated Portfolio and Digital Marketing organization responsible for enterprise messaging, content strategy, digital experience, and full funnel campaign execution across WWT’s core technology pillars, including AI, Automation, Cloud, Digital, Infrastructure, and Security, as well as priority global industries such as Financial Services, Global Service Provider, Public Sector, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Life Sciences, and Retail.
Her team shapes the enterprise narrative that connects WWT’s technical depth and platform capabilities to real business outcomes. She oversees messaging frameworks, persona strategy, thought leadership, research insights, video, and integrated digital campaigns that strengthen brand authority and accelerate client engagement.
Erica partners closely with executive leadership, sales, services, ATC, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment across WWT and Softchoice, delivering cohesive storytelling and differentiated market positioning.
She is passionate about building a modern, AI enabled marketing organization that keeps pace with rapidly evolving enterprise technology while creating digital experiences that are thoughtful, human centered, and impactful.
Prior to WWT, Erica spent more than two decades in sales and marketing roles, bringing strategic perspective, creativity, and operational rigor to her leadership.
