Jarrod knows first-hand the difficulties of being innovative within organizations that often have a variety of stakeholders with disparate objectives. For 15 years, he has consulted large and small organizations on how to meet their innovation and business objectives by aligning communication and expectations between technologists, experience designers, business stakeholders, and end-users. He has written code, designed interfaces, facilitated workshops and studies, and advised on strategic initiatives giving him unique and eclectic experiences. Jarrod lives in St. Louis, Missouri, and enjoys hands on hobbies such as home renovation, woodworking, and 3D printing in his spare time.
