With over 20 years of experience in learning, training, and Organizational Change Management, she brings that background to helping clients navigate the F5 ecosystem. As the pre-sales SME on F5's commercial licensing structure, Jen partners with account teams and clients to choose between perpetual and FCP models, right-size consumption-based agreements, and navigate true-forward/true-down adjustments and renewals — ensuring clients drive their business initiatives in the most cost-effective, flexible way. She collaborates closely with account teams and Customer Success throughout the sales cycle to deliver solutions that maximize the value of clients' F5 investment.
