Joe started with WWT in March of 2019 as a Consulting Solution Architect focused on collaboration as part of the Global Financial team, covering calling, meetings, contact center and voice recording Prior to joining WWT, Joe previously worked for IPC Systems in NYC for 16 years as a sales engineering leader designing Unified Communications for the trading floor, covering many large global financial accounts. As a member of a cross-functional team, he helped develop go-to-market strategies to move IPC into Cloud and Compliance services and worked closely with IPC Product Management to develop product roadmap and enhancements for on-premises and cloud-based solutions for the trading floor. As an entrepreneur, he was a founder of a consulting firm performing market analysis for carriers looking to enter the convergence and unified communication space. Joe began his career as a software engineer designing and implementing software for real-time operating systems, and LAN and WAN devices, then moved into the field designing voice and data networks as a sales engineer. Later he authored a white paper deploying IPC Unified Communications solutions on converged network infrastructure published by Cisco. He has a B.A. in Computer Science with concentrations in Math and Music.
