As a Sales Onboarding Program Manager at World Wide Technology, I am dedicated to enhancing our sales employees' journey through innovative training and development initiatives. In collaboration with the Sales Enablement team, I lead and facilitate the Climb to Close Onboarding program, ensuring new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
