About JP
JP Morgenthal is a transformational technology executive and AI strategist with a rare ability to see where artificial intelligence is heading before the rest of the market catches up. Now serving as AI Advisor at World Wide Technology (WWT), he helps organizations move beyond AI experimentation to build strategies that create lasting competitive advantage.
JP has been architecting AI solutions since before the term became ubiquitous. He built a semantic memory service demonstrating multi-model orchestration when the concept was still novel, and created Feed!—a semantic memory layer that advances LLM capability by enriching incomplete concepts and enabling superior correlation across complex information networks.
His applied AI work spans the full enterprise spectrum. JP compressed legacy modernization timelines from 12–18 months down to 3–4 months by reimagining transformation through a GenAI lens—not automating old processes, but fundamentally rethinking them. He has directed conversational analytics transformations for market leaders, developed AI-driven IT cost allocation systems with major consulting firms, and accelerated Medicare claims processing through novel AI-powered platform design.
Beyond implementation, JP advises C-suite leadership on AI strategy, governance, and roadmapping. His technical fluency spans RAG pipelines, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI frameworks, allowing him to bridge boardroom vision and engineering reality.
His advisory perspective is informed by decades of executive leadership—directing the technical strategy for a $4B application services business at DXC Technology, scaling a SaaS RPA platform to $200M ARR at Automation Anywhere, and identifying $12M in automation-driven savings at AlixPartners.
A published author and speaker on AI and enterprise architecture, JP also hosts *AI in Motion*, a podcast on AI's impact in supply chain and manufacturing.
