About Julie
Julie joined World Wide Technologies in March of 2019 as a Technical Operations Manager with the Command Center. As part of the Tech OPS Managers team, her primary focus is to provide ITIL expertise around process definition, governance activities, and meetings to ensure effective process management and adoption across the organization. In Managed Services, Julie is developing and maintaining SOPs and manages all exceptions to the process looking for opportunities to remediate and prevent recurrences.
Julie is always able to gain consensus among a large, diverse group of stakeholders due to her amazing sense of humor and always being open-minded.
Before joining WWT, she was a Service Delivery Manager for IBM on several different accounts. She also worked for an Oil and Gas company in the IT field, starting as a Field Technician then up to a Field Supervisor and then Manager. Julie served in the United States Navy as an Electronic Technician. Her interests include spending time with her family and grandkids. She is a diehard WVU and Pittsburgh Steeler Fan.
