I Joined Application Services (formerly Asynchrony) in 2011 as Director of User Experience. I moved to the UK in 2017 for the London GM role to launch Application Services in the EMEA Region. My role expanded to Sr Director of Global Operations in 2020 to lead all nearshore and offshore expansion efforts for the Technical Delivery & Engineering organization. In 2024, I transitioned to Area Director of Engineering Management for the EMEA region.
