Her areas of expertise include leading IT and business teams through multifaceted Contact Center technology transformation programs - from RFI/RFP, solution identification, vendor selection, discovery & strategic roadmap development to design & implementation. Throughout her career, she has been continually awarded for her strong ability to help organizations achieve successful outcomes with these efforts. Kim is highly motivated by helping customers to solve their most complex Contact Center issues. In her spare time, Kim enjoys travelling with family and volunteering to help children in need.
