As EVP of Global Service Provider Sales, Kraig Ecker leads teams that support the world's largest service providers across North America, the EU and the Middle East. He has pioneered adoption of generative AI, AIOps and automation to help modernize networks alongside 5G and cloud computing. WWT's GSP teams have won numerous Partner of the Year awards from AT&T, Verizon and Vodafone, and expanded into the UAE to build sovereign AI hubs. Kraig joined WWT in 2012 after leading global accounts at Cisco and helping launch VCE. A Navy veteran, he lives in St. Louis with his wife and two children.
