Kraig Ecker serves as Executive Vice President of Global Service Provider (GSP) Sales at World Wide Technology, where he leads a global organization of sales, engineering, and technology professionals supporting many of the world's largest service providers and digital infrastructure companies. His leadership spans North America, Europe and the Middle East, helping drive WWT's continued global expansion.

Kraig brings deep expertise across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI, along with a strategic perspective on the evolving service provider landscape. Under his leadership, WWT's GSP organization has become a trusted partner to many of the world's largest service providers, helping guide them through some of the most significant technology shifts of the modern era — from AI adoption to large-scale digital transformation. Working alongside leading hyperscalers and telecommunications providers, his team helps organizations modernize networks, accelerate innovation, and unlock new operational value. WWT's GSP organization has earned numerous "Partner of the Year" honors from organizations including AT&T, Cox Communications, Charter Communications, Verizon, and Vodafone Group.

Kraig has also played a key role in expanding WWT's international presence across EMEA, including strategic initiatives in the UAE focused on sovereign AI and full-stack AI infrastructure. These initiatives integrate advanced infrastructure, data platforms, and AI frameworks to help organizations rapidly prototype, validate, and deploy AI-powered solutions within secure, scalable environments. His leadership has contributed to growth across multiple industries, including telecommunications, media, gaming, sports, and entertainment.

As a member of WWT's Executive Advisory Board, Kraig collaborates on the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and innovation initiatives.

A people-first leader known for building strong relationships across customers, partners, and teams, Kraig joined WWT in 2012 following leadership roles at Cisco, where he managed strategic global accounts and partnerships across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He was also part of the founding launch team for VCE, the joint venture between Cisco, EMC, and VMware focused on converged infrastructure solutions.

Kraig is a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served for four years as a data technician. He is also an investor in several technology startups and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and early-stage companies as they scale and grow.

He lives in St. Louis with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his family.
