About Madison
Madison Horn is a cybersecurity executive, national security strategist, and two-time federal candidate whose career bridges technology, policy, and purpose. With over 15 years of experience defending American interests across critical infrastructure, national security, and regulated industries, she has led global incident response, digital risk transformation, and cybersecurity strategy for some of the world’s most complex environments.
Madison began her cybersecurity career at the startup FusionX, where she led red-team engagements and incident response operations before joining Accenture Security to help build the firm’s Global Cyber Defense practice. She later contributed to PwC’s Cloud Security Practice and served on the founding team of Siemens Energy’s Global Security practice, developing cybersecurity capabilities for energy companies worldwide.
In her current role as National Security & Critical Infrastructure Advisor at World Wide Technology (WWT), Madison advises critical infastructure sector on both strategic and technical dimensions of cybersecurity—from AI governance and industrial control systems (ICS/OT) resilience to zero trust and cyber-informed engineering. Her work advances digital trust and public-private collaboration to strengthen national resilience playing as voice and advocate of the industry.
Her leadership extends beyond the private sector—advising on cybersecurity policy, shaping global standards, and mentoring the next generation of leaders in technology and public service. A frequent media contributor and keynote speaker, Madison’s insights have appeared in Forbes, Politico, The Wall Street Journal, and Fox News, among others.
A seventh-generation Oklahoman and advocate for women in technology, Madison’s guiding mission is to secure the future by bridging the gap between innovation and accountability—ensuring technology serves people, not the other way around.
