Ryan McCauley serves as Area Vice President (AVP) of Army Sales at World Wide Technology (WWT), a privately held global technology solutions provider with $20 billion in annual revenue and more than 10,000 employees. In this role, Ryan leads WWT’s Army sales organization, driving strategy, growth, and customer engagement while delivering innovative, mission-critical technology solutions in support of the U.S. Army. Ryan brings more than 16 years of experience supporting Army customers across the Tactical, Army National Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, Army Enterprise, and Army Special Operations communities. He and his team are responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement plans that align WWT’s capabilities, technology partnerships, and resources with the Army’s evolving mission requirements. Working closely with leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), systems integrators (SIs), and industry partners, Ryan’s organization helps Army customers identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that advance mission outcomes. As a leader, Ryan is focused on providing clarity, strategic direction, accountability, and professional development across his organization. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and creating an environment that enables his team to successfully navigate complex mission and technology challenges. Ryan joined WWT in 2012 and has held multiple leadership positions across the company’s Federal business. Throughout his tenure, he has helped drive business relevance, organizational alignment, and the adoption of best practices that support sustainable, profitable growth across both his organization and WWT Federal. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in History from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He resides in Annapolis, Maryland.
