Sarah Ferreira (she/her) is a Business Operations Manager within Technical Delivery & Engineering at World Wide Technology. She joined WWT in 2015 and is part of the TD&E Strategic Initiatives team, where she partners with leaders across the organization to drive clarity, alignment, and operational effectiveness. In her role, Sarah advances TD&E priorities through manager enablement, change and communication efforts, and the development of practical programs and tools that help leaders and teams stay focused on delivery. Her work bridges strategy and execution by improving how information moves through the organization, how feedback is translated into action, and how initiatives are consistently adopted across a large, complex environment. Sarah is known for anticipating downstream impacts, bringing structure to ambiguity, and supporting high‑visibility initiatives that require both operational discipline and thoughtful coordination. She works closely with executive leaders and cross‑functional partners to reduce friction, strengthen consistency, and ensure teams are positioned to execute effectively. The TD&E Strategic Initiatives team drives organizational clarity and execution by connecting strategy, communication, and operations. The team is accountable for enabling leader effectiveness, supporting adoption of key initiatives, and creating the structures, forums, and mechanisms that help TD&E stay aligned, informed, and focused as the organization scales. Sarah lives in Chandler, Arizona with her husband Jason and their two children.
