Shannon Thomas Lassen co-manages WWT For All: WWT’s employee advocacy and support program. The WWT For All team works in partnership with various stakeholder teams to provide thought leadership on building a culture of belonging and ensuring WWT is fostering a varied and engaged workforce. Shannon’s areas of focus include the strategy, design, and implementation of WWT's Employee Resource Groups, Listening Sessions, Storytellers Platform, and all employee advocacy activities for North America. Outside of WWT, Shannon serves on the board of directors for the Lindell Club; a sober clubhouse in Saint Louis, MO whose mission is to extend the welcoming hand of recovery to all. Shannon is a Houston, TX native and holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
