Shannon Thomas Lassen manages WWT For All, United States: WWT’s employee advocacy and support program. The WWT For All team works in partnership with various stakeholder teams to provide thought leadership on building a culture of belonging and ensuring WWT is fostering a varied and engaged workforce. Shannon’s areas of focus include the strategy, design, and implementation of WWT's Employee Resource Groups, Listening Sessions, Voices of WWT, Storytellers & Creative Corners Platform, and all employee advocacy activities for the US. Outside of WWT, Shannon serves on the board of directors for the Lindell Club; a sober clubhouse in Saint Louis, MO whose mission is to extend the welcoming hand of recovery to all. Shannon is a Houston, TX native and holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
