- Contract Eligible Entities: All state agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions and other entities authorized to use statewide contracts in the State of Connecticut. Issues of interpretation and eligibility for participation are solely within the authority of the State Chief Procurement Official. The following are authorized Purchasing Entities under this Participating Addendum: All state colleges, universities, public schools, municipalities of the State of Connecticut or quasigovernmental public procurement units in the State of Connecticut, as well as any member institution of the Connecticut Colleges Purchasing Group (CCPG) and including any nonprofit agency certified under the provisions of section 501 (c) of the federal Internal Revenue Code. In accordance with CGS 4a-53(b), Connecticut executive branch agencies must obtain authorization from the Department of Administrative Services/Procurement Division for the use of this Contract.
