Wi-Fi Market Scan Workshop

What to Expect

OEMs Evaluated:

  • Cisco / Meraki (Catalyst & Meraki cloud)
  • HPE Aruba
  • Juniper Mist
  • Arista
  • Fortinet

We can optionally include additional OEMs or niche capabilities by request.

Approach:

  • Interview‑style discovery of current goals, constraints, and architecture (sites, users, devices, apps, risk profile).
  • Tailored weighting of decision criteria based on your priorities.
  • Side‑by‑side evaluation of five OEMs using a research‑backed rubric (100+ criteria).
  • Collaborative down‑selection to the top 2–3 solutions for deeper validation.
  • Executive readout with findings, trade‑offs, and next‑step recommendations.
  • The 8‑hour engagement can be delivered in a single day or broken into 2–3 sessions, concluding with a final readout.

Goals & Objectives

  • Produce a shortlist of 2 Wi‑Fi platforms that best match your business and technical priorities.
  • Give stakeholders a clear, weighted comparison across architecture, security, operations, experience, and cost.
  • Identify design patterns and integration considerations (NAC/IdP/MDM, segmentation, location/IoT, SD‑WAN/SASE alignment).
  • Define a validation plan (ATC proof‑of‑concept, pilot, surveys, and success metrics).
