This lab will walk you through the on-boarding and off-boarding of a new user that requires a phone, voicemail and Jabber. The lab includes the following:
- Log-in as help-desk and administrative user
- On-board and off-board user
- See phone status, applications services and Directory Number (DN) management and usage
- Manipulate phone template through Visual Phone Editor
- See job archive and drill-down
- Utilize end-user Self-Services
