Solution overview

This is a basic VMware troubleshooting lab. The lab user will be given a virtual environment that will have 3 issues. The lab guide will walk through how to diagnose and fix those issues.

This lab aims to introduce the user to basic VMware troubleshooting scenarios. The issues in the lab are:

Cannot login to vCenter
Cannot SSH to an ESXi host
Ubuntu virtual machine has network connectivity issues

Windows 2019 Server (AD/DNS) Jumpbox
Virtual Center 8.x Appliance
4x ESXi 8.x Hosts with local VSAN capable storage
TrueNas VM for NFS storage
PfSense Appliance for nested networks
