Cohesity Data Protection Sandbox

Cohesity Data Protect consolidates backup, recovery, and data management for VMs, databases, files, and NAS onto a single platform. This self-directed sandbox pairs a Cohesity ROBO cluster with a full workload set — vSphere, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Active Directory, TrueNAS, and a RHEL client — plus an on-premises Helios Multi-Cluster Manager for dark-site management. Agents are pre-staged on every host, so you can register sources, build protection policies, run backups, and test recoveries end to end. There's no prescribed path; familiarity with Cohesity Data Protect and basic system administration is assumed.

The sandbox is a self-guided learning environment. Users will be expected to be familiar with the Cohesity Data Protect platform, general data protection concepts, and basic system administration functions. All learning, testing, and/or configuration activities are up to the lab user, giving them the freedom to explore features on their own.
